Meet Eileen

People experience all kinds of challenges at different points in their lives—some expected, others completely surprising. I believe in meeting people exactly where they are, without judgment, and working collaboratively toward meaningful change. My approach is rooted in solution-focused work, helping clients identify their strengths, clarify their goals, and take practical steps forward.

Starting therapy can feel scary. I aim to provide a grounded, steady presence while offering a clear path toward growth.  My approach is compassionate, direct, and thoughtfully infused with a little humor!

I enjoy working with couples and individuals and draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support a deeper understanding of oneself and the behaviors that drive both helpful and harmful patterns.

Education & Credentials

I graduated with my Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Merrimack College and bring both professional passion and personal warmth into my work. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with animals, while strongly preferring to avoid anything related to cold weather. I am the proud parent of two college-aged sons and value the growth and transitions that come with this stage of life. Clinically, I find OCD treatment and couples counseling especially engaging, and I enjoy working with highly motivated individuals and partners who are ready to create meaningful change. For my own self-care, I enjoy running as a way to stay grounded and energized.
